Photographer Monica Buck is a first generation American, born to a passionate and creative Cuban mother and a German father who was an adventurer and an engineer. A life long study of cultural contrasts and celebration of differences has influenced Monica's photographic studies of objects, places, food and people.

Monica is a frequent contributor to Real Simple, Country Home, Southern Accents and many other respected publications. Her commercial clients are numerous and include, Ralph Lauren Home, Ralph Lauren Fragrances, Clinique, Sherwin William's, Glidden Paints, General Foods, Crabtree and Evelyn, and Target.

She is based out of New York City, and lives in upstate NY with husband Paul and their dog Belle.
